Our Client’s Challenge
Our client faced the critical challenge of delivering high-quality steel structures for the Mana Towers project within a limited timeframe, ahead of the annual Hajj season. The project demanded precision engineering, strict adherence to safety standards, and seamless coordination with multiple stakeholders — all in a highly congested and logistically complex environment in Makkah. Additionally, the structures had to withstand harsh environmental conditions such as extreme heat, wind loads, and seismic activity, requiring robust design and durable materials. The client needed a reliable partner capable of executing the fabrication, transportation, and installation phases efficiently while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and religious site constraints.
Our Approach And Solution
we adopted an integrated, end-to-end approach that combined precision engineering, efficient project management, and strict quality control. Our process began with the development of detailed structural designs optimized for the environmental and loading conditions specific to Mina. We used advanced modeling tools and coordinated closely with engineering consultants to ensure compliance with both local codes and international standards.
In the fabrication phase, we utilized high-precision CNC machinery and implemented rigorous quality assurance protocols, including NDT (Non-Destructive Testing), visual inspections, and corrosion-resistant coating verification. This ensured the components met all durability and safety requirements.
For installation, we developed a detailed logistics and erection plan to minimize disruption within the restricted access and time-sensitive environment of Makkah. Our experienced field team coordinated with site authorities to ensure timely delivery, safe lifting operations, and accurate assembly using bolted and welded connections.
By maintaining continuous communication with the client and stakeholders, and through proactive risk management, we were able to deliver a high-performance structural solution on time and to the highest standards.
