Scope of work
Excavation, backfilling, supply and installation of pipelines, and pressure testing.
This land-reclamation project involved the installation of water pipelines serving development south of the Dabaa axis in Egypt. The scope brought together route preparation, excavation, backfilling, pipe supply, installation and pressure testing as one coordinated sequence. Before work progressed, the delivery team considered alignment, levels, access and the interfaces between pipeline sections. Installation controls focused on maintaining joint quality, protecting materials and preparing the network for reliable testing. Backfilling and reinstatement followed verified stages so completed work remained protected. The project illustrates how El Garhy approaches utility infrastructure: by connecting field planning, civil activities, mechanical installation and documented testing to create a network that is ready for dependable operation and future maintenance.
