Scope of work
Delivery of an integrated sewage-treatment plant, including commissioning and handover.
This project delivered an integrated sewage treatment plant in Egypt, bringing civil, mechanical and electrical activities into one coordinated treatment system. The delivery team considered process flow, equipment interfaces, pipework, access and commissioning needs from the outset. Civil preparation and equipment installation were sequenced so tanks, pumps and connected systems could be inspected before testing. Mechanical and electrical checks supported safe start-up, while commissioning activities verified that individual components and the complete plant operated as intended. Handover focused on clear system information and practical operating readiness. The assignment demonstrates El Garhy’s ability to manage multidisciplinary water-infrastructure work where reliable performance depends on careful coordination between design requirements, site construction, equipment installation, testing and final commissioning.
